My Crazy Life

So yesterday, my FH and I decided to just go and get married. We went wedding band shopping until about 2pm. Went to the town hall at 3pm and signed the marriage license, and at 7pm the justice of peace read us our vows. I am still having a huge wedding August 2010, but now I have the same last name as my son!!! YAY!! I am still planning my website and giving you all the ideas that I come up with. I am starting my save-the-dates, I am doing a message-in-a-bottle! I'll put pictures up as I make them!

Started work!

I started back at work again, the first time since the little one arrived. I'm only working two days a week but still find it really hard to be away from him. My wedding website is coming along great and has tons of great books and tools to help plan weddings. One of the books that i'm going to buy is called "Creating your own wedding flowers", it shows you how to pick out and design your own bouquets and centerpieces.

My name is Megan Nickerson. I am a mother of a 2 month old son and am planning my wedding a little in advance. I am getting married August 7th, 2010. We (Nate and I) decided to start planning so early because of our young son and the whole money situation. Weddings are expensive!! I've been doing some research and am finding my own way of having a pretty inexpensive wedding and it's going to be on Block Island, RI!
